Fullway Ball Valve for Gas ( CIM 11G )

Handles Fluid or Gas with Spectacular Ease

The CIM 11g Ball valve are approved in accordance with the European standard for gas applicances(90/396/EEC). Manufactured in accordance with EN 29000 - ISO 9000. The CIM 11 G can be used for domestic commercial plumbing, industrial applications, agricultural requirements, heating, sanitary, pneumatic systems, waterworks gas pipelines, condensate lines and is also suitable for petrol and other hydrocarbon services, generally with every non aggressive fluid.


The valve is suitable for gas at low pressure for distribution of Natural Gas, Town Gas, Liquid Gas(LPG).Material-Mail Components:

BODY : hot pressed brass CU Zn 40 pb2. Nickel/chrome Plated
SCREWED ENDS & BALL: hot pressed brass Cu Zn40 Pb2
CAP AND STEM: turned from brass bar.
BALL GASKETS: conical rings in PTFE, Pure Teflon, Hardness 50/60 shore D
STEM SEAL: two 'O' Rings in viton Green TCI 68 compound.
HANDLE: Dacroment rugged steel with PVC grip.

The spring loaded inner valve opens and lifts under pressure of 25mbar (4psi) and is free to rotate.

ADVANTAGES:

Alow pressure drop-prevents water-hammer-compact design-noiseless in operation- no risk of luid reverting the flow direction-full flow area equal to nominal size-safe and reliable.

The spring loaded inner valve opens and lifts under pressure of 10mbar (.14psi) and is free to rotate. An arrow on the body indicates direction of flow.
